Product Core

This system is specifically designed for buildings, industrial facilities and commercial premises in Hong Kong, providing a complete solution for power monitoring, data acquisition and energy management.

The system is designed to help users comply with the requirements of Hong Kong’s Building Energy Efficiency Ordinance (BEEO) and the relevant energy audit guidelines issued by the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department (EMSD). The system supports real-time energy data monitoring, historical data analysis and energy performance assessment to help achieve energy-saving goals.

Core features

1. Flexible installation and appearance design

  • DIN rail mounting design: Compact size, similar in shape to a miniature circuit breaker (MCB), can be directly installed in power distribution boxes (electrical control boxes/distribution cabinets).

2. Real-time monitoring and visualization

  • Real-time power monitoring: Real-time display of various electrical parameters such as three-phase voltage, current, power, power factor, and frequency.

  • Real-time visualization and inspection: Built-in Wi-Fi local web interface, which can be accessed on-site using mobile phone or laptop, for quick inspection and acceptance testing (also provides a web-based instrument panel for a clear overview of the overall energy status).

  • Multi-meter simultaneous monitoring: Supports simultaneous monitoring of multiple meters.

3. Compliance with regulations and sustainability (ESG)

  • Data retention in compliance with BEC/BEEO standards: Key data items required for the audit are retained in accordance with the Building Energy Code (BEC) guidelines of the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department (EMSD) of Hong Kong; and data recording at 15-minute intervals is supported as required by the BEEO Energy Audit Framework.

  • Sustainability design: Provides traceable energy and environmental data records to support compliance requirements and strengthen a company’s ESG brand image.

4. Dual storage and high-reliability protection

  • Local + Cloud Storage: Supports data recording at intervals of 15, 30, and 60 minutes. Built-in data recording function supports local storage on TF cards up to 32GB, and can also sync to the cloud via Wi-Fi, saving at least 36 months of records, significantly improving data integrity and traceability.

  • Power outage protection design: The built-in battery provides approximately 6 hours of short-term backup to ensure that critical records are not lost during power outages.

5. Intelligent Analysis and Automated Reporting

  • Automated monthly reports and analysis: The system can automatically generate energy reports (including key performance indicators (KPIs), year-on-year analysis, trend charts, time-based cumulative and itemized analysis), assisting in review, decision-making and automated monthly report functions.

  • Advanced Characteristic Evaluation: Supports harmonic analysis and load characteristic evaluation, and has data export function for more in-depth and detailed analysis.

  • Energy performance assessment: Supports benchmarking against the energy consumption indicators and audit guidelines issued by the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department (EMSD), assists in identifying energy-saving opportunities and assessing the operating efficiency of key equipment.

6. Smart Alarms and Active Defense

  • Intelligent alarm system: When abnormal loads, abnormal conditions, or power outages occur, the system will send real-time notifications to speed up accident response and risk control.

  • Multi-channel notifications and event logging: Supports notifications from multiple channels such as in-app notifications, email, WhatsApp and SMS, and automatically logs events detected by the system for later review and analysis.

7. Powerful scalability and open connectivity

  • Expandable and integrated: Supports multiple brands of meters, automatically identifies device models and quickly connects them via RS-485 Modbus-RTU (more meter models will be added gradually in the future to ensure the system has long-term expandability and flexibility).

  • Open connectivity: Supports API interface, enabling seamless connection to third-party platforms, BMS (Building Management System) and enterprise systems.
